Villa Davyvic is a beautiful, lovingly maintained property set in a peaceful rural area, surrounded by pine forests and orange orchards. The villa features a private pool and a charming garden patio, offering plenty of open-air space for adults and children to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. Covering 120 m² on a single floor, Villa Davyvic offers two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bright living room with two sofas that can be converted into extra beds, a recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom. The villa enjoys abundant natural light throughout the day and includes ample parking space as well as free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Neighborhood info

The villa is located in the Ibizan country side in a quiet pretty area of the island. It is only five minutes by car or a thirty minute walk to the village of Sant Miquel de Balanzat. The famous beach Playa de Benirras where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets is only 10 minutes away by car.
