This unique 4 bedroom modern villa with a 2 bedroom annex is ideal for families and groups, comfortable sleeping up to 12 guests. The villa and annex have been completely refurbished to a high standard, to give our guests extra comfort. Air conditioning through out WiFi , heated pool and 6 seater jacuzzi. Plenty of outdoor space for alfresco dining or to relax. Situated in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, the whole group will enjoy a short stroll to the main beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
I have a lovely family here in Lanzarote, my husband is Spanish. I’ve been living in Lanzarote (paradise) for over 30 years. We have our lovely family villa, we have been holiday letting for over 20 years and have done our up most to make it as comfortable as possible, home from home. We also are the owners of The Blue Marlin on the main strip which is a small friendly bar, we do a fabulous breakfast and meals throughout the day and night. Quiz and Kareoke every night, Bingo 3 afternoons a week and a fabulous Sunday roast. Always lots going on and we always look after our villa guests. I will pop in and see you once you arrive. Whilst you are staying in the villa you can contact me through WhatsApp.
The villa is situated in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, the main beach is a 10 minute stroll away, you will find all the restaurants, shops and bars in front of the main beach (the strip). There is a small supermarket 2 minutes from the villa. There is a large Lidls supermarket a 10 minute taxi drive away. The villa is aproximadamente 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. There are buses to take you to other resorts such as Playa Blanca, Puerto Calero, Arrecife or Costa Teguise.
