Within a spectacular and rustic traditional Mallorcan property in Costitx, with a shared pool, we welcome 2 guests to this beautiful and restored house. This is a majestic ecological and sustainable property, with several houses separated between them. It is known as Agroturismo Finca Can Pina. You will have the opportunity to stay in a truly paradisaical environment thanks to the surrounding nature. The leafy gardens surround the shared pool which sizes 12 x 4 metres and with a 1.30 to 1.60 metres depth. There are up to 8 sun loungers available and several sun shades to sunbathe or read a book in peace. A well cared path of "marés" leads to the house where you will find a great private terrace which is perfect to enjoy a barbecue outdoors. The 50 m2 house has been built in two floors with a modern style which invites to relax. It has an upstairs double bed room with an an-suite shower bathroom. The main floor contains the living room, with a large sofa and wood stove. This is open to the dining area and the kitchen, which features a gas stove. The open concept allows you to cook while watching satellite TV or listening to music on the CD player. The accommodation is provided with central heating for winter so you can stay at any season of the year. The shared laundry is another building, just a few metres away. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
