Beautiful villa with saltwater pool, large garden terraces and solarium. It has a living room with fireplace, reading area and library as well as a large dining room with windows and sea views. The kitchen, equipped with high-end furniture and appliances, is fully equipped and overlooks the pool. On this floor there is also a full bathroom and a single bedroom with television. The upper floor has a reading area or TV room, bedroom with two single beds and master bedroom with extra large double bed. From this bedroom you can access a beautiful balcony with views over Breña Baja and the sea, and from where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. This plant also has another full bathroom with a rain shower. The outdoor terraces border the house, several other environments. Next to the pool we have the covered and fully equipped barbecue area. Next to it, a terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sun next to the pool area, as well as table and chairs to eat outside.
