Lanzarote Vacation Homes (lvh) presents Villa el Erizo, located in the charming village of Nazaret, a spectacular villa that combines design, tranquillity and impressive panoramic views of both the mountains and the sea. Located in a very peaceful area and just a few steps from the emblematic Lagomar Museum, it is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the peace that surrounds the environment. This emblematic villa for its unique architecture offers spacious and luminous spaces. It has 4 carefully distributed bedrooms: on the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm that can be joined together, en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, Smart TV and access to a private balcony ideal for contemplating sunsets. On the ground floor are located the other three bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with double beds, one of them with a dressing room. The dining room, bathed in natural light thanks to its large glass doors, offers direct views of the pool and mountain and connects with a cosy lounge where a functional fireplace stands out. The lounge also has a Smart TV with international channels. On this floor there are two additional bathrooms: one full bathroom and another with a shower. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. Outside, the villa has two terraces: one with a barbecue, outdoor table and garden; and another with outdoor dining area, hammocks and private pool with spectacular mountain views. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Among its additional amenities are an iron, ironing board, towels (including pool towels) and the possibility of having a cot and high chair upon request. Included services: Internet/WiFi access, towels (change on stays longer than 10 days) and bed linen (change on stays longer than 10 days)

Located on Calle Los Chorlitos, the holiday home is set in a well-maintained residential area, ideal for guests looking for rest, privacy, and a comfortable stay away from crowded tourist zones, while still being close to all essential services. One of the main highlights of the neighborhood is its strategic location. From Nazaret, it is easy to reach some of the island’s most popular beaches, such as Costa Teguise, just a few minutes away by car. There you will find sandy beaches, seaside promenades, surf schools, and a wide range of restaurants and leisure options. Its proximity to the capital, Arrecife, also allows guests to enjoy shopping areas, museums, and local life without long drives. For culture and history lovers, the charming town of Teguise, the former capital of the island, is very close by. It is famous for its historic center, cobbled streets, and its well-known Sunday market, one of the most visited in the Canary Islands. Nearby points of interest also include the Timple Museum, the Castillo de Santa Bárbara, and several art galleries and cultural spaces.
