Nestled in a quiet residential area of coastal Catalonia, our family-friendly villa offers a relaxed and comfortable stay with partial views of the Mediterranean Sea from the upstairs balcony. Surrounded by greenery and gentle hills, the home is ideal for guests looking to unwind while remaining close to beaches, nature, and nearby cultural destinations such as Tarragona, Barcelona, and Sitges. The villa features a spacious outdoor area with a private swimming pool, sun terrace, outdoor dining space, and barbecue — perfect for relaxing summer days with family or friends. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a large balcony with partial sea views, ideal for morning coffee or a peaceful moment in the sun. Designed in a warm traditional Catalan style with natural materials and classic terracotta tones, the house is especially well-suited for either large families or two small families traveling together. We provide a range of amenities for young children, including toys, games, and baby essentials, allowing families to travel more comfortably. One infant (under 2 years old) can be accommodated with a cot in the master bedroom. All bedrooms are located together on the upper floor of the house, creating a practical and family-friendly layout. An additional bathroom is available downstairs. Bedroom 2 includes two 90x200 cm Montessori floor beds. One bed is fitted with a mattress adequate for children up to 60 kg, while the second can comfortably accommodate either a child or an adult. For groups of 6 adults, the two floor beds can also be stacked into a bunk-bed configuration, creating a standard-height sleeping arrangement better suited for adult guests. Guests have full access to the home’s amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and all essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

We’re a European family of three who love to travel, connect, and share life with others. I’m French, my wife is Flemish (from Belgium), and our daughter was born in Berlin, so you could say we have Europe in our hearts! We’ve lived in several countries and are always inspired by the people we meet and the cultures we discover along the way. Hosting is more than just opening our doors, it’s about sharing a little piece of who we are. In our home (yes, we actually live here throughout the year), you’ll find not just comfort, but some of our personal touches and a bit of our soul reflected in the decor. We’re passionate about the beach lifestyle, Spanish food, and the relaxed rhythm of Catalan life, and we’re thrilled to welcome guests who want to discover it too. Our home is located in a quiet residential area of Cunit, about a 15-minute walk from the beach. The neighborhood is calm and family-friendly, with several supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a few restaurants within walking distance. Cunit is especially appreciated by families for its long sandy beaches and its characteristic “calas” — small breakwater sections that help keep the waves gentle and create a calmer and safer bathing experience for young children. The area is a great base for both relaxing holidays and exploring the Catalan coast. Nearby Calafell offers a lively beachfront atmosphere with many restaurants, cafés, and beach bars, as well as the pleasant port area of Calafell, where guests can enjoy seaside dining, evening walks, or boat trips along the Mediterranean coast. For guests interested in culture, architecture, shopping, or discovering beautiful Mediterranean towns, we highly recommend visiting Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sitges, Barcelona, and Tarragona, all easily reachable for day trips. We recommend having a rental car for comfortably discovering the area and nearby beaches, although the train station is also accessible within approximately a 2 km walk, with direct connections to all other coastal towns.
