Casa/Chalet bifamiliar, lado derecho, en plena naturaleza verde en entorno rural y residencial e impresionantes vistas despejadas del valle y del interesante pueblo de Elorrio. Un remanso de paz, en el centro de Euskadi, con acceso fácil a la autopista, ideal para descubrir San Sebastian (45 minutos), Bilbao (20 minutos) y Vitoria (30 minutos). Elorrio es arquitectónicamente bello, sus barriadas de caseríos y naturaleza agrícola invitan a infinidad de paseos, sus gentes amables y con una gran vida social en sus calles. Muy buenos restaurantes cercanos, es el enclave ideal para conocer Euskadi haciendo escapadas a los montes, costa, etc.
Barriada de carácter rural, muy tranquilo y cercano al casco urbano. Los caseríos del entorno, auténticas joyas arquitectónicas. El pueblo de Elorrio también destaca por su centro histórico y casas solariegas. Gentes amables e infinidad de paseos, senderos, y muy buena gastronomía por la zona.
