Traditional 250-year-old-house, carefully restored maintaining its original details such as wooden beams on the ceiling, thick stone walls that guarantee a pleasant temperature inside the house, etc. The house is located in a finca of 60,000 sq.m., in a quiet rural area near San Jose, with beautiful views of the countryside. The house has 300 m2. Thera are living room with sofas and TV and with dining area with big table, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, two bedrooms with a double bed and one more double bedroom at upper level with en-suite bathroom with shower. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen that communicates with another smaller dining room and gives access to two more bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with shower. In the house there is one more bathroom with shower, which is accessed from the porch. The house is equipped with all modern amenities to spend your vacations with maximum comfort, like air conditioning in all the bedrooms, wi-fi, etc. The house is located in a quiet rural area, between San Jose and Es Cubells, in a 60,000 sq.m. private estate. The house has parking area, garden, swimming pool with sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, covered barbecue area with big-dining table, built-in barbecue, a fridge, a sink, etc., with a bathroom with a shower next to it. In this area there is also a furnished chill-out and games area with ping-pong table, soccer goal, etc. The house also has a porch-terrace with big table that serves as al fresco dining area.

The house is located in a quiet rural area, between San Jose (at 3.5 km from the property) and Es Cubells (at 3 km). The lovely west-coast beaches like Cala D´Hort, Cala Vadella, etc. are at 10-min-drive. The nearest bar and supermarket, Can Mestre is at 2 km from the villa.
