This beautiful four bedroom Villa is located in a very calm residential area of the coastal town of Denia. It offers all possible comforts with astonishing views towards the Mediterranean Sea, a spacious private garden with barbecue area and swimming-pool. And within two kilometres from the city center and endless sandy beaches offering also the option to start your hiking routes from here, as there are over 20 different paths to discover in Denia! Welcome to the door to the sea!

The Villa is located in a beautiful, very quiet and very family oriented residential area. In this Villa you can enjoy your holidays disconnecting from daily stress and within a couple of minutes by car or enjoying a little walk you are in the city center where you can find everything. Denia offers endless sandy beaches and awesome coves to practice all type of water activities. And for the hiking lovers Villa Flor de Neu can be the start of your daily hiking routes as plenty of them start close to this Villa. They can lead you from the beautiful area of Las Rotas with all its little pebble beaches to the summit of the Montgó mountain. We recommend to have a car at your disposal but you get to the city center and the port in a 20 minutes walk.
