Villa Foia Vella is paradise to us. “We” are yoga teacher Letty Beek and talent developer Robert Herok. From our own experience, we know how important and helpful it is to take a step back regularly; to relax, enjoy, and reflect on what you are doing and where you are going, consciously or subconsciously. Nature helps enormously with that. We enjoy treating guests to a carefree stay at this special place. Also, we offer – for those who wish – inspiration and insights with various forms of guidance. Villa Foia Vella is the ideal location for this. We will of course be happy to inform you about the many possibilities in the area: cycling and walking routes, restaurants, beaches, villages, markets, etc.

Villa Foia Vella is peace, relaxation and carefree enjoyment. A small-scale retreat on a 2-hectare large old olive grove. Enjoy natural beauty and tranquility (which is why we are 'adults only'). We have 3 en-suite rooms with beautiful views across a green valley full of trees. You will sleep blissfully on a 1.80 x 2.10m spacious and comfortable box spring bed and have the convenience of a luxurious bathroom. All overnight stays include a delicious breakfast. We use natural ingredients, fresh and, as far as possible, from our own land or farmers in the immediate area. “Foia Vella” is a Valencian word meaning “old land”. This is fertile red soil with history. Experience the power of pure nature. This is a place to simply ‘be’ and connect: with yourself, with nature and with each other. Villa Foia Vella is inspirational and helps you to gain new insights. If you wish, you can work on your personal development and growth. We offer yoga and coaching to support you. Around the house there are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, e.g. lounging in a hammock, bird watching or taking a refreshing dip in the pool. In the evening you can admire the sky with our good stargazer.

Short and long walking and cycling trips can be made directly from home. Through the valley or more sturdy routes through the mountains. At 7 kilometers from the house you can admire 7,000 years old rock paintings- a fascinating thought that people have been living here in harmony with nature for so long. The charming typical Spanish rural town of Benigembla is a stone's throw away. Almost every month a different fiesta is celebrated here. In the Jalón valley you will find plenty of orchards and vineyards, charming villages with markets and cozy restaurants. Early in the year (February / March) the Jalón valley turns pink through the blossoms of the almond trees. A spectacular and enchanting sight. A wide variety of beaches can be found on the Costa Blanca, a 30-45 minute drive away. Sandy and rocky beaches, touristy or typical Spanish beaches, picturesque bays and pleasant city boulevards. For golf lovers, there are various courses within a half-hour drive. Bird watchers who want to look further than just in the valley find interesting birding areas in one to one and a half hour drive. The increasingly popular Valencia and Alicante are around 100-120 km away.
