With 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, all arranged on 2 floors, the air-conditioned country house can accommodate 6 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair (on request), one extra bed for a child and 3 parking spaces. A fire place, a TV, board games and books provide for entertaining and relaxing holidays in all seasons. A dishwasher is also available. On the terrace with its barbecue you are surrounded by Mediterranean plants and an idyllic garden with swimmingpool and enjoy a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside. On the terrace is one more bathroom. The centre of Sóller with supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants is just around the corner while the nearest beach is just 10 minutes away by car. *Please note that the bedroom with 2 single beds is on the ground floor, next to the second bathroom, and has a curtain and a screen separating it from the other rooms in the property.
