The villa is located in a very quiet and familiar urbanization. Parties, farewells, and noise are completely prohibited after 00:00h. It is 700m from the beach, and only 500m have a commercial area with all kinds of services, pharmacy, hairdresser, banks, hypermarkets, etc.
