Recently renovated, it retains its rustic charm. Spread over three floors, it features a living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, three air-conditioned bedrooms, and three bathrooms. There’s a spacious entrance area for storing bikes or drying clothes. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a crib, and a stove, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. Parking spaces are available within a 5–10 minute walk from the property. The house is an excellent starting point for mountain excursions. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, the nearest bus stop (350 m), and the train station (400 m) are all just a short walk away. The nearest beach, in Port de Sóller, is about a 10-minute drive. The roof has been renovated for better insulation and waterproofing. The house has central heating (diesel), air conditioning with heat pump, and a wood-burning stove. The central heating system has a time limit to encourage responsible fuel use. Energy consumption (electricity and diesel) is available for an extra fee.
