VILLA IN CALPE WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS TO PENON “IFACH”, TO THE SEA AND TO THE TOWN. The villa is located in the prestigious area at the distance 10 min. walk to the central beach and the town and 5 min. walk to the shop “Lidl”. It is placed on a flat plot which is a special advantage for playing with children and it is good for the elderly. The territory of the plot has a very convenient zoning, which allows the parents to watch their children in the pool without leaving the recreation area. The villa has 2 floors with separate entrances and 2 apartments. On the ground floor there are: 2 bedrooms (1 kingsize bed, 1 bed for 2 persons); a dining room ( 1 sleeping sofa for 2 persons additionally), a kitchen, a bathroom. On the first floor there are: 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed,2 beds for 1 person), a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. Every room in the villa is equipped with air conditioning. The villa has all necessary appliances. There is a private swimming pool, sun beds with umbrellas, external shower, equipped summer kitchen B-B-Q, a garden, parking for 5 cars. We have free internet and parking. We have non-smoking rooms in the villa.
