This area is known for its excellent kite surfing and is very popular with surfers. Located within walking distance of the old walled town of Alcudia, this bright residence is the perfect base for a holiday in the north of Mallorca. The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests. It is surrounded by well-kept gardens. There is secure parking at the front of the property. The rear garden is home to an enclosed swimming pool with a security fence. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Nearby there is a brick built barbecue. There are three twin bedrooms, these bedrooms are served by a very high specification bathroom which has a double walk in shower. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. - Youth groups are not accepted. - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment. 💡 Important note about electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of air conditioning is not included in the accommodation price. - Electricity included (3 kw/day per person) - Air conditioning according to consumption.
