Beautiful contemporary villa, located just 10 minutes walk from the beach of Can Picafort. It is very well equipped and furnished with everything you need for a pleasant holiday, spacious rooms, WIFI, air conditioning and private pool of 6 x 4 meters. The villa is next to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and can accommodate up to 8 people. It offers 4 air-conditioned rooms, 4 extra-large beds and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. Outside we find a porch equipped with garden furniture, a rest area and a table to dine "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a solarium with shower and sun loungers.
