At Villa Julia we are environmentally conscious. Therefore, we have included an Aerothermal air conditioning, heating and hot water system. Aerothermy, in addition to being a renewable energy, provides a high degree of efficiency and comfort. The living room and all the rooms are perfectly equipped to enjoy heating in winter as well as air conditioning in summer. The villa includes a comfortable garden provided with high-quality artificial grass and a swimming pool with external fence. There is a large parking space within the villa available for our guests. The garden is provided with several LED lights that use sunlight and illuminate the garden during the night. The house is located in Riumar, a privileged place located within the Delta del Ebro Natural Park. The house is 7 minutes walk from the beach of Riumar, which preserves its orography of virgin dunes, protected with wooden walkways. It is characterized by its immensity and tranquility, where you can enjoy the sun and the beach, without overcrowding
We are a family in love with the wonderful landscapes of Delta del Ebro Natural Park and we would like to provide our guests with a unique experience to enjoy the area. The rice fields, changing according to the seasons of the year, dominate the appearance of the delta; in the coast there are large lagoons surrounded by reed beds and in the peripheral area we find more than a hundred kilometers of beaches, practically deserted, dotted with dunes, where you can enjoy walks and quiet solitary baths. It is an ideal place for photography lovers, for bird watching, for water sports, for cycling, to enjoy kilometric beaches and to taste the excellent cuisine of the area.
Riumar is a quiet residential area that we could define as the residential paradise of the Delta. The area includes all the services: restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, bakery, fishing shops. Its beach has a scenic viewpoint, access walkways to the beach, sports area and water sports. The beach includes fine sand and calm waters, with little depth, ideal for families with children. To the south, it borders the delta and the river. Moreover, it is only two kilometers from the river port of Deltebre and the fluvial dock of the river cruises. Also, in this same area we can find a center of adventure sports where you can rent recreational fishing boats and all the necessary to practice any kinds of water sports.
