A highlight of the property is its charming shared outdoor space, where you will find a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, barbecues (one for each house), and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area to relax in the evening. You will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, and the nearest beach, Playa de los Lagos, in the village of El Cotillo, just a 5-minute drive away (2 km).
