You are a short walk from Sonabia Beach, perfect for surfing, and close to Peña Candina mountain. The villa is spread over two floors, offering 240 m² of living space and a 500 m² plot. It features a private garage, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The main bedroom is spacious, with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. There is another king-size bedroom and an additional room with two single beds and a comfortable armchair.
