Just 4 minutes by car from the beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç, and very close to Pollença (2 km) and Port de Pollença (3 km), where you will find supermarkets such as Lidl and Eroski, as well as a wide range of restaurants. The property offers spacious outdoor areas with covered and uncovered terraces, a 9x5 m swimming pool (depth 1 to 1.9 m), comfortable sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower with WC, and a large barbecue area with a dining space ideal for family gatherings. The villa, a typical Mallorcan stone house, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, laundry room and garage. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with a lounge area and dining table. Upstairs, there are four quiet bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them en suite, plus a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub. Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
