Individual villa surrounded by a 500m2 garden, fabulous views of the volcano. Pool and heated jacuzzi with supplement. Charming villa, recommended for demanding clients looking for privacy and relaxation. Outdoor dining area with barbecue. It is distributed over two floors with access to the garden with terrace. Hammocks, hanging lounger, table football, pool table and reading-relax area. Large Smart TV with Netflix and international channels, INTELSAT 907 AND ASTRA 19, European and British channels such as BBC, ITV, Chanel 4 and 5. Located in an urbanization and on a dead-end street where there is no traffic or noise. Monitored access with security cameras. Panoramic living room with large windows to see the volcano. Chaise longue sofa. Safe for laptop. Layout of the rooms: 1 large family room with flat screen TV. It consists of a 1'80cm bed and one two single beds. Room 2: 1'50cm bed and direct access to the garden. Room 3: on the upper floor and with a bathroom. Large private terrace with views of the ocean. Espresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, children's area, air conditioning and all rooms. with TV The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for a supplement. Villa managed directly by the owners so we try to make the client feel very comfortable during their stay, being attentive to their needs. We provide information about the area and excursions that can be done and we are attentive to any request that our clients may have.

Very quiet area, urbanization without traffic as it is a dead end street, 300 m away there is an area with bars and restaurants and at the entrance of the urbanization stops the bus to the center, just 5 minutes by car.
