Property info

Stunning modern villa with large pool and sea views, two minutes from the beach. Villa Linda has been my family's summer home for over 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is set in a large garden of 1,000 m² with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue where you can make tasty Mediterranean dinners. All the details have been taken care of, to make you feel at home: a large living room-kitchen of 70m², with all the amenities, easy wheelchair access, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with bathroom en suite), and even a private garage with which you will never have parking problems. The house has been tastefully furnished with all the necessary facilities to make your stay easier and more comfortable: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, cable TV, hi-fi stereo, an espresso machine, a microwave and so on.
