The villa in Jávea has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. The 272m² accommodation, very bright and cozy, is all on one level with very spacious rooms The villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa to relax in, flat screen satellite television and free WiFi. The living room leads to a dining room with lots of light and a large table to eat together. From the dining room there is also access to the independent kitchen that is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The villa has 3 beautiful bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom also with a double bed and the last with two single beds. These bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning only in the 3 bedrooms From the living room there is access to the wonderful exterior, directly to a covered furnished terrace ideal for relaxing, from which there is a climb to the pool area with hammocks and the barbecue and dining area.

The location of the villa is ideal on a cul-de-sac and located in the Montgo neighborhood, a quiet and sunny residential neighborhood in a 7 km from the sandy beach "Playa de Arenal" and 4 km from the town of Jávea, where you will find all the services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. 6 km from the golf course "La Sella Golf", 63 km from the amusement park "Terra Mitica" and is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
