Nice 110 sqm country house in a 400 sqm plot with its own swimming pool, solarium, BBQ, jacuzzi and small playground area. House surrounded by a banana farm, away from neighbors but well connected. 7 minutes from the highway 2 Bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 TV room. The swimming pool is 2,5 m 4.5m and 1.20m depth. Swimming pool and jacuzzi provided with a heating pump. All the energy in the house is supplied by a photovoltaic system, thus helping to protect the environment.
