This stylish villa LA MANSION with private pool and Jacuzzi in Benissa has a surface area of 268 m2. All rooms except one have magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and Ifach. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people including children. 6 people can sleep in the comfortable bedrooms and 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed in the downstairs living room. The sleeping place in the sofa bed has a size of 126*195 cm and is 8 cm above the floor. Own free parking for 4 cars. It is possible to charge an electric or hybrid plug-in car (extra charge). Free fast WI FI. All rooms have AC. To the nearest beach La Fustera with free parking is 2,1 km and 7 minutes by car, to beautiful Calp with its many shops and restaurants is 9 minutes. One Michelin star Italian restaurant Casa Bernardi is located within walking distance of the villa. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cyclo-cross and road cycling. The villa is well isolated from its neighbors by relief and trees. Villa has its own private pool 5*8 m with jacuzzi and waterfall. Outside the villa there is a garden and 6 different private areas for dining and relaxing, including a BBQ area with gas grill. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, also there is one additional toilet with washbasin on each floor. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, two coffee machines, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine, full set of kitchenware and kitchen utensils. Two flat screen TVs. Distance to ALTET-ALICANTE airport 70 km, to MANISES-VALENCIA airport 102 km.
