Villa Maravista is located in the Cumbre del Sol urbanization area which belongs to the town of Benitachell. The villa with private swimming pool is distributed across 2 levels. Level 1 has the living room, kitchen, the master bedroom and bathroom and the outdoor dining area. The outdoor stairs lead down to the swimming pool. An indoor staircase leads down to the next level, which contains 2 more bedrooms and 1 more bathroom. The downstairs level opens up to the swimming pool. The villa looks out over the country park Grenadella and towards the sea.
Villa Maravista is located in the Cumbre del Sol urbanisation area which belongs to the town of Benitachell. We cannot be responsible for when owners of villas might undertake some maintenance or renovation works since those owners stand in their own right. We do not anticipate major works but will endeavor to update clients/potential clients of such events should they arise. During July and August special regulations are in place to limit the noise levels, enforced by the local town council.
