Property info

Modern house with a large garden and private pool of 24m2 is just 600 meters from the beach Riells in La Escala. The house has 3 double bedrooms (4 single beds 90cm approx. and 1 double bed 150 cm approx.), 2 bathrooms with shower, a spacious living-dining room with a sofa-bed , with access to the terrace and open kitchen with access to the barbecue area. Everything in this house is designed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, cable TV with foreign channels, barbecue, ping-pong, darts, private garage and one private parking. Riells Beach is about 7 minutes walking from the house. It is a very wide beach with crystal clear water and very shallow. It`s perfect for kids! The beach promenade offers a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, etc. The supermarket is 700 meters from the house. Just 13 minutes from the house there are amusement park for children. It`s a perfect home for holidays with family!
