Located just 5 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, 'Cala San Vicente or simply La Cala', Villa Mariner is an ideal place to enjoy with family or friends. You will enjoy diving in the crystal clear waters, the unique scenery and various activities during the season from April to October. This classic and unique 4-bedroom villa has two floors, with the main entrance to the living room located on the first floor. This space of the villa is open and connected to a terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the swimming pool. The living room is completely renovated, with parquet floors and comfortable sofas where you can read a good book, enjoy a local wine, or watch a TV program. On the first floor, there is also a bright and airy open plan kitchen, with all the basics you might need, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, also electric kettle and coffee machine. The ground floor is where all the bedrooms are located. There are three twin bedrooms and a family bathroom between them and a double bedroom with another bathroom next to it. They are all light colored, spacious, comfortable and bright and have access to the garden that surrounds the whole property. Three of the bedrooms also have new parquet flooring. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. On the terrace there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax after a day at the beach. There is also a barbecue.

Villa Campomar is situated in the North of Majorca. Hidden in a special part of the Island has groceries 3 minutes by walking and beaches too. The VIlla is 7 minutes from the Center of Pollença: Restaurants, Shops, Cultural Center and cafes are some of the Services to access. There is also access with Buses. By car this Place is much enjoyable, as this way it allows to roll over the place with much liberty, although it is not necessary as there is everything needed at walking distance. The Sorroundings of Cala Sant Vicenç are Towns, mountains and the Sea. The nearest town is Pollença, a town with a lot of history and very enjoyable with bars, cafes, good restaurants and lovely ambient. The next nearest Town is Puerto Pollença, much provided with big Groceries and mid-low busy beaches, Port with Boats and a beautiful Boulevard. There is also a wide variety of water sports available like jet ski or sailing. The mountain that rounds Cala Sant Vicenç is a way to get to the port, for those who like hiking it is a no-doubt recommended route with a great scenery and in hospital site of almost country character.
