Large menorquin style villa situated on the second line of the sea on Xon Xoriguer beach. The house offers a large solarium area at the top overlooking the sea. It has three floors and a stone barbecue on the ground floor. Minimum 5 days.Precious villa on second line beach just 30 meters from the sea. The house has 3 floors in which there are large living rooms, a large dining room and several terraces and solarium on the third floor.
I love Menorca, I have been many years but now for work reasons we can not go as much as before and then we decided to rent. It is an incredible place, calm and lively at the same time, with incredible beaches, tradition and culture at the same time as precious.
Located on the second line of the Xon Xoriguer beach, in a residential area where you can enjoy the tranquility and the sea. It is 5 minutes walk from the port of Cala'n Bosch where you can find all kinds of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and shops of interest. In the same beach of Xoriguer one can realize aquatic sports, boats and walks on foot or in bike for the cami of cavals.
