Air Conditioning: In order to save electricity, this villa operates a system whereby the power, including the air conditioning, is only operational when an activation key is inserted. Similar to the system used in a number of hotels, this activation key is connected to the main house keys and would need to be taken out when leaving the villa. The air conditioning in this villa also operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
