It is situated on the first floor for maximum views , no one above you., we only have 1 apartment to rent, with a gorgeous private salt pool and gardens. Peace and tranquility. It has a south facing roof terrace with dining area and Gas BBQ and shading if you want it. It comes with a welcome pack with Cava & Chocolates, Wine, Water, Bread, Milk, Bacon, Eggs, Tea, Coffee, Sugar and cakes. Also salt, pepper, kitchen roll Toilet rolls,etc. Very Nice Bedding & Towels are included also Pool Towels, and Hair Dryer. Pillow and mattress protectors,changed for every new guest. fresh soft towels and bedding, including pool towels. The apartment is done to a very high standard and immaculately clean and very well equipped. A car is necessary, we have secure covered parking. We are situated just off the coast road between Moraira & Calpe just by the New Aldi, 5 minutes walk away. You can walk to the local beach and couple of restaurants within 10-20 minutes. best beaches are in Moraira or Calpe 10 minutes drive away. TV has English channels, BBC & ITV,& Netflix all books & instructions are mainly in English. Linen is changed weekly. Supermarket is 5-10 minutes walk away. Pool is all yours this year. This is a very private villa. The apartment takes up half of it. So you get half the private villa all to yourselves.

Nige & myself live in the main villa with no children or pets. We won't be here this Summer. Pool Heating is Extra during winter months, payable locally. This is an immaculate apartment. all cleaned with antibacterial products. The mattress and pillow protectors are changed for each new guest. This apartment is suitable for Naturists, around the garden and apartment only, as its very private.

Moraira & Calpe are small towns with lots of sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and plenty of shopping . We have a New Aldi, within walking distance with a great bakery!! Calpe has 2 large promenades to walk along with lots of fish restaurants between them. The climate is ideal for holidays all year round. You will find lots of info in the apartment, also lots of reading books. The apartment has sea views as well as The Penon d'Ifach and Sierra de Bernia mountains. There lots of small beaches and coves to explore as well as valleys full of grape vines and fruit trees, all within a 15 minute drive. The port town of Denia is about 35 minutes drive and has ferry trips to Ibiza for a day out as well as boutiques and a hilltop castle
