White Coast Property Management was established in 2010, with just one property in our portfolio. Over the years, the company has grown and we now manage more than 50 properties in Javea and Moraira. The growth of White Coast Property Management is a result of our dedication towards our clients, hard work, and delivering on our promises. The company now has a team of over ten staff members, including full-time and seasonal managers, property cleaners, handymen, pool cleaners, gardeners and photographers. The master bedroom benefits from a walk in shower, WC and sink and the second bedroom en-suite is a full bathroom with walk in shower, each have been renovated to a very high standard. The bedrooms have a huge amount of storage via their built in wardrobes and both bedrooms have hot and cold air-conditioning. The largest of the 2 upper suites, through massive double glazed windows, benefits from sea views that will live long in the memory. Downstairs there are 2 more double, king size bedrooms sharing a walk in shower-room, decorated to the same high standard as those found on the upper level. All bedrooms downstairs also benefit from hot and cold air-conditioning. The entrance hall leads to the 2 lower level bedrooms and also out to the open plan kitchen dining / living room. The living space seats 8 on a relaxing and comfortable corner sofa and chair, with a 42″ flat screen TV and UK satellite channels the kids will never be short of something to watch and the guys will never miss their favourite sports event.

Jávea is made up of three areas. 1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. 2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade. 3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square. Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
