Villa Morisca is a well furnished villa built in the 'Moorish' style. It is in an ideal location being in a quiet residential street yet just a few minutes walk (500 meters) to a major supermarket, shops and great choice of bars and restaurants as well as Moraira's Ifach golf course! Set on a small complex of four detached villas, Villa Morisca is priced to represent excellent value for up to six people wishing to have their own private pool. Accommodation is set all on one level with easy access from the private parking area. Entry is via the lounge/diner with new leather sofas, air conditioning, a flat screen TV. The lounge leads onto the American style kitchen with fitted wall and base level units, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, the main double has an en-suite with walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. There is also a separate shower room with walk-in shower. W.C. and wash hand basin. Outside there is a private 8m x 4m pool with Roman steps, poolside shower, ample terras. For families with young children, a safety gate is available for the pool and can be utilized upon request. We also offer a babysitting service, allowing parents to enjoy a lovely evening out together.
