Property info

Exclusive villa located in the mountains of Pollensa, out of all kinds of noise. It is developed on two floors, on the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, it has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker among others. It is accompanied by a large dining table, surrounded by windows where you can see the outside. On the same floor there are 3 of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and two full bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have large windows with access to the garden. On the second floor there is a large living room, a room with two single beds and a complete bathroom. Outside you can see an endless pool, plenty of space to go for a walk and take advantage of and disconnect from the calm of the environment. Smoking is allowed outdoors Smart TV Please note that a local tourist tax is applicable to all stays, as required by local regulations. This tax is charged separately and is not included in the rental price.

Neighborhood info

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
