Es una casa con bellas vistas, amplias terrazas, una de ella con barbacoa. Hay escaleras para bajar a la planta de abajo donde están las habitaciones y los servicios. También hay bastantes escaleras para bajar a la piscina. Por ello se recomienda que lo piensen bien antes de reservar la casa aquellas personas con algún problema de movilidad o con dificultades para subir y bajar escaleras.
Me gusta tener la casa bien preparada para que los clientes puedan disfrutar de sus vacaciones en Menorca, que tengan todo lo necesario para que la vida pueda discurrir sin dificultad y que además puedan disfrutar de amplios espacios a la hora de convivir en la casa con más personas. Por ello hay tres grandes terrazas exteriores con vistas de las que podrán disfrutar si se quedan en casa.
A 400 metros hay supermercado y restaurantes. La casa está en la ladera de un monte, por ello para ir a la playa se baja la cuesta y para volver a la casa hay que subir la cuesta.
