At the gates of Barcelona on the Costa Dorada. Beautiful holiday villa with outdoor kitchen & pool for families and groups up to 10 people . Family-friendly and comfortable holiday villa on the beautiful Costa Dorada, near Barcelona. Large Mediterranean garden with pool and SPA, air-conditioned rooms and large furnished beautifully landscaped garden in Mediterranean style. WiFi is available throughout the house. The house has a large veranda. The holiday home is partly furnished and equipped in the Swedish and Catalan style. It offers all the comfort for a carefree and beautiful family holiday. The approximately 200m ² spread over two spacious and bright floors. In total there are eight beds. In the Exterior, there is a generous summer kitchen with barbecue and sink, so you can pursue the barbecue pleasure even at high temperatures. The new modern pool has the following dimensions 7 x 5.5 m and invites you to linger. He was provided with an integrated Jacuzzi. This has a lockable security system for children. This can be ordered with the booking. The garden atmosphere and the pool have been adapted to the furnished, tastefully decorated.

Sonia works as a developer of early childhood education and I work as a developer at a large telecommunications company. We always strive to offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay in our house. A supermarket and a gas station are within walking distance. The city centre of El Vendrell and Calafell are very close. Both resorts offer a varied range of leisure activities, sports and gastronomy. Highly recommended is the vegetable market around the market hall in El Vendrell The area has beautiful quiet beaches and playgrounds - ideal for family holidays. Good transport links by the Renfe railway and the C-32 and AP-7, which will take you to Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges and the famous theme park Port Aventura. There is also a golf course nearby and a water park to enjoy the little ones in the family (Aqua Leon Safari). In the surroundings of Bajo Pénedes there are many wineries with the world-famous wine and cava production, which can also be visited. We warmly welcome you!
