Rustic house located in the beautiful Vall den March de Pollensa, with incredible views of the mountains. The house has two floors and a total constructed area of ​​304 square meters (plus terraces) and consists of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a garden with a lawn and a private pool. The private land on which the house is located is about 37,205 square meters. Built on two floors, the ground floor of the house consists of a hall, a spacious and bright living room - dining room with access to a furnished covered terrace. Satellite TV and DVD player. Bedroom number 1 is air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom and an additional family bathroom with direct access to the terrace and garden. Traditional style kitchen is fully equipped. The upper floor of the house measures 140 square meters and consists of three bedrooms with air conditioning and three bathrooms, plus a large terrace. Garden with lawn and private pool of 55 square meters. Please note that only the bedrooms has air conditioning.
It is the owner's desire that guests feel at home and for this purpose we try to make the house as clean and well-maintained as possible, always being open to any request or suggestion from our guests.
Villa El Paradís is located just 6 km from Pollença, an old city with captivating and narrow streets with a spectacular Plaza Mayor, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars, a tourist center in the north of the island. Its Roman bridge is still used. Just a few kilometers away we will find Puerto Pollença, at the same time a port and a tourist center, especially popular among the English. It has good infrastructure, long beaches of fine sand and is a perfect corner for a family vacation. A visit to the north of Mallorca will not be complete without visiting the world-famous beach of Formentor and Cape Formentor, where the Serra de Tramuntana meets the Mediterranean, at the end of a 20-kilometer long peninsula. The scenery from this rugged road is absolutely spectacular. In the area there are two golf courses: Club de Golf Alcanada, north of Puerto Alcudia, with an 18-hole course and El Pollensa Golf course with 9 holes. For beach lovers we have the magnificent beach of Formentor, Cala San Vicente and Port de Pollensa in the same municipality.
