It is particularly comfortable for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children The main floor features a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and direct access to the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and everything needed for a comfortable stay There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have 150 cm double beds and air conditioning. Please note that these are the only two rooms in the house with air conditioning. The third bedroom has a 135 cm double sofa bed and a fan but does not have air conditioning, making it especially suitable for children or teenagers. A bathroom with shower is also located on this floor On the lower floor, there is a spacious garage with direct access to the house, a laundry area with washing machine and an additional full bathroom accessible from both the house and garden, convenient for use after swimming Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring approximately 7 x 3.5 metres, surrounded by artificial grass and sunbathing areas. The fully enclosed garden offers privacy and is suitable for families with children and guests travelling with a pet The covered terrace includes an outdoor living and dining area, a gas barbecue, preparation space and an outdoor sink.
