Villa Playera is the perfect house to spend your holidays with family or friends. It is located in Puerto de Alcudia, 150 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. Alcudia beach is well known for its white sand and its length, you can take long walks at sunset or you can go jogging first thing in the morning. Playa de Muro is only 3 km away. The house is located in an area where there are restaurants, supermarkets, ovens where you can buy bread. It has all the services so you don't have to move, you can go everywhere on foot. Villa Playera is the perfect property to enjoy your holidays in Mallorca. Come and relax. Electricity is not included in the price, it will be charged for consumption at 0.35e/kw.

It is located 150 m from the sandy beach of Alcudia, a few meters away you will find all kinds of restaurants, shops, supermarkets.
