Culture Properties is a trade name form a 2017: Culture Sailing SL. we handle properties but we are also marketing advisors, sports event managers and sailing experts (charters, sailing rallies and sailing school). The company is managed by the owner Armando and his wife Loredana. "We bought this property for its uniqueness and comfort, for the view and the perfect location. For many years Villa Pola has been managed by a UK tour operator, considering Villa Pola Marinas, among all their managed properties "the preferred two-bedroom house in Playa Blanca". One of many plusses of the villa and its interior is that has not been transformed into a "European city-type house". The villa is KEEPING its CANARIAS SOUL and original architectural style. The community the villa belongs to is a quiet and peaceful one. All neighbors are caring families and couples from Uk, Germany, Spain, France, and Switzerland, looking forward to a fine style way of living. My wife and I are managing the villa together with the tour operator to give our personal touch and more personal care for details and aspects that only the love and passion of owners are capable of giving to the visitors."

Location The villa is within walking distance to a choice of bars and restaurants as well as the natural pebble beach of Las Coloradas Residential area. What’s more, you will be less than 10 minutes’ drive from the center of Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada Beach and 5 minutes from the fashionable Rubicón Marina. Either by car, by bike, or by walk you will be able to enjoy the most beautiful State Park and the beach of Playa Papagayo. If you like running and or cycling it is a perfect location too. Air conditioning/heating in bedrooms, kitchen, and lounge, a heated private pool with solar panels, parking and wifi are available.
