Property info

This lovely two storey semi-detached house with its own private gardens and swimming pool is situated in TorreSolí Nou, and enjoys views of the sea and Son Bou beach. The layout of the house has been designed with the maximum comfort of visitors in mind. The common area is located on the upper floor, complete with living room-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a twin room and the outdoor laundry room. This floor also has a covered terrace with an area for barbecues while you contemplate the beautiful sea view. On the lower floor there are two twin rooms, a shared bathroom as well as a double room with en-suite bathroom. The common spaces on both floors are fully air-conditioned. The private swimming pool and garden area allow the guests to make the most of the outdoors and enjoy it to the maximum.

Neighborhood info

The Son Bou beach is located within the limits of the town of Alaior, on the southern coast of the island. It is the longest beach on the island stretching for almost 4 kilometres. The waters here are beautifully crystal clear and lap up on the white sandy beaches. The beach area is equipped with a whole has a wide range of amenities and facilities for visitors to avail of, including from umbrellas, deck-chairs, restaurants, newsstands, showers, water sports and coastal rescue services to mention but a few. Son Bou is classified as an Area of Special Natural Interest (ANEI in Catalan) with an extensive wetland area of freshwater reed beds just inland from the beach, which also has an excellent dune habitat.
