Property info

This lovely 2 storey villa is within 7 minutes walking distance from the main sand beach of Puerto del Carmen . The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful and all amenities are close by. The detached villa offers a private swimming pool and a large south facing sun terrace and also a great good sized top floor balcony with sea views and lovely sun sets in the evenings. Private parking is possible on site. The villa is very well equipped .
