Chalet Rafale is a cosy countryside villa on the outskirts of Pollença, ideal for a peaceful holiday in northern Mallorca. It blends modern and rustic style, featuring traditional Mallorcan stone and charming local décor. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute drive to Pollença’s historic centre and to Puerto de Pollença with its beach, promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Cala Sant Vicenç is also nearby, offering small coves with crystal-clear water, restaurants and a small supermarket. A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably. The house is spacious and practical: direct entrance into the lounge-dining area with two sofas and satellite TV; a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook comfortably; four bedrooms (two doubles, one single and an additional bedroom depending on layout), two full bathrooms and a separate laundry room. Free wifi throughout. Hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms with 24-hour availability. Outside you will enjoy a large private garden with lawn, hedges and typical Mallorcan flowerbeds. Villa Rafale is well situated just 5 min drive both to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa where in the evening can participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer. Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices. Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking. A car is needed for additional flexibility as Villa Rafaler is well-situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas near it.
