Brand new, elegant and spacious villa located in the recent complex of Casilla de Costa 10 minutes from the sea and the beautiful Dunas of Corralejo where you can practice all the sports and activities that the area offers and 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Lajares and Villaverde where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The wonderfully furnished villa offers 2 spacious double bedrooms: one on the ground floor with pool view and the second on the first floor with sea view, which can also be set up to have 2 single beds; both with private bathroom. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, large and bright living room with chill-out sofa, flat screen TV (with free WiFi and Netflix access) and both indoor and outdoor dining areas overlooking the large and elegant garden with spacious patio. It has a private heated swimming pool (free) to be able to use it all year round.Solarium with sun loungers also on the large upper terrace where privacy is guaranteed and welcoming seats to relax and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. of relaxation.
