Welcome on Roda Golf & Beach Resort! The villa was built in 2022 and radiates peace and coziness. The villa, within walking & cycling distance of the beach and sea, has all the luxury you could wish for for a carefree holiday. The private swimming pool of 8 x 3 meters and the spacious garden provide the necessary relaxation and privacy. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with a double bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom. In the south-facing garden you can enjoy the radiant sun all day long. The terrace is equipped with an electric awning for the necessary shade, if desired. The living space & bedrooms are air-conditioned.
