Javea Holiday Rentals is a small holiday rental company formed in 2020 by husband & wife team, Mark & Christine. We started the company, drawing on our vast customer service history from previous careers as well as our vast knowledge of Jávea and surrounding areas, because we believe we can offer a service and experience second to non for all our guests. We only focus on Jávea and all the houses and apartments we manage are for people we know and them count among our close circle of friends. We take care of you from start to finish and will meet you on your first day to make sure you and your group are settled in with all things you require for a great holiday as well as when it´s time to say goodbye and to wave you away as friends. We are always at the end of a phone 24/7 not only for advice and suggestions but also for those times when you need a little more support, We provide a FREE ´Welcome Pack´ to get you started as well as ´Beach Towels´ for use during your stay. Villa Roja is a large, spacious 7-bedroom villa ideal for those that want to spread out and relax. Set on the outskirts of historic ‘Javea Old Town’ this villa offers something for everyone and is ideal for large families & mature groups. The villa is situated in a residential street, far enough for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday but close enough if you want to explore this beautiful ‘Spanish Pueblo’ after lunch. The large terrace with its 10m x 5m pool is private and secure, with the backdrop of the impressive Montgo mountain. It´s a great place to top up that tan as the ‘Pool Area’ enjoys 10 hours of sun a day and is perfect for those that just want to soak up those rays. At lunch you do not have to move far from that sunbed as the house boasts a large, covered BBQ area with dining table. Use the traditional charcoal BBQ to cook local delicacies whilst you prepare the rest of your lazy lunch in the fully fitted downstairs kitchenette which connects to this area, perfect for alfresco dining. Maybe you fancy escaping to the upstairs covered terrace which is the perfect ‘Chill out Area’ to read that favourite book or sit and chat with a cocktail whilst the kids are in the pool. Everyone can have their own space and you are never on top of each other. The house boasts 7 bedrooms (2 x en-suite) all fitted to a high standard. With 2 TV lounges, guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity and space for large families and mature groups and is only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants.
