Villa Romeu offers the perfect mix of peace and convenience: a charming countryside villa with stunning mountain views, yet only a short walk from Pollença’s historic old town (around 10 minutes on foot). It’s an excellent choice for a Mallorca holiday with family or friends, close to restaurants, shops and the authentic local atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The villa sleeps up to 6 guests and has a practical layout. There are 3 bedrooms: two twin rooms with two single beds each, plus one double bedroom. The double bedroom features a full en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and there is also a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the guests. The bedrooms keep a traditional Mallorcan feel with high ceilings and wooden beams, adding character and comfort. In the living area you’ll find a spacious lounge with two cosy seating spaces, ideal for unwinding after beach days or exploring the island. It connects to an open-plan American-style kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, providing everything you need to cook comfortably. There is also an indoor dining area for relaxed meals all year round. Outside is a real highlight: landscaped gardens with trees and plants, a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a barbecue area right beside the terrace, all framed by open mountain views. The large private pool features a gentle sloped entry, making it great for children and very easy to access, plus plenty of space for sunbathing. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
