Recently built house in a modern style located in a quiet residential area just 250 meters away from the sea. There is a fully fenced garden area, with a parking area for 2 cars, barbecue, swimming pool and covered porch with dining table. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms, 1 en suite with bathtub and 2 with shower From the pool you reach a spacious living room with large windows. Here there is also a dining room and the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

We have access to the beach of Port des Torrent walking about 5 minutes, in which we can enjoy the sunset In this cove we have 3 restaurants and beach club. A few kilometers away are the beautiful coves of C Bassa and c. Conta, the city of San Antonio and San José. The airport is about 20 minutes away.
