The villa 5 is a house we bought for us to live , which we did for several years until we decided to use it to hire because of the perfect location: The golf course (1.9 km), just cross the street to go trekking , hiking trail running , or bike countryside, shopping and beach are located within 10 minutes ( 6.6 Km) ( Puerto del Carmen) , views , proximity to landmarks such as Saramago Foundation. . All advantages , and coupled with good weather at Lanzarote opportunities to enjoy the holiday most of the year are guaranteed .
We do not rent the villa for stag parties or just to stay holiday .
The area is very quiet and safe accommodation, the views are unbeatable and service area ( Aunts center ) is within 200 meters.
