We will greet you upon check-in and explain how everything works in the villas, and also will be available for any questions, information and assistance before, during and after your stay. Property info

Beautiful country house, located in the quiet rural area, very close to the village of San Rafael. It is a two-storey house. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and access to the swimming pool area through the porch. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen and a guests toilet on this level. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with air-conditioning each and two bathrooms equipped with shower. One of this bathrooms is en-suite. Outdoors there are al fresco dining area with barbecue, big swimming pool of 70 sq. m., surrounded by green grass with sun beds and gazebo, 400 sq. m. area of gardens and spacious parking area as well.

The house is set in the quiet rural area, on 15000 sq.m. fenced plot, equipped with electric car gate. It is located at 2 km from San Rafael where you have all type of services at your disposal like restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and so on. We recommend to rent a car for your holiday, this way you will have more freedom to move around without wasting time waiting for a taxi, and you will be able to explore all the corners of the island easily.
